Initially, the vendor will pay 1.33 can but with high volume it will go down to $1.25 per can.

Let’s look at the numbers. A slow Wal-Mart will sell 30 cans per day ($15/day profit or $450/month profit) $450 a month times three machines which is $1,350 a month for the route.

A Mega Wal-Mart with good machine placement will sell twice that number. Location is key, we’ve got the best store and Red Bull pays Wal-Mart 25 cents per can sold while Coca Cola pays Wal-Mart 5 cents.
